With a graduate certificate in Therapeutic Recreation and being licensed nationally as a TRS, Deshawn has dedicated his career to enhancing the quality of life for individuals of all ages through innovative, evidence-based recreational programs.

Deshawn’s passion for therapeutic recreation was sparked during his early volunteer work with special needs children, where he witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic activities. His professional journey has included roles in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, group homes, and orisons. Somewhere he developed and implemented comprehensive recreational therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of each population.

With a degree in Applied Business Management and over 5 years of experience in business management, Lexie plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our innovative therapeutic recreational programs.

Lexie’s career is marked by a commitment to operational excellence and a passion for improving overall services. Prior to joining A.B.L.E., she held a senior management position in leading the organization, where she was instrumental in optimizing operational processes, enhancing service delivery, and driving strategic growth.
